EVs are more reliable when they have good energy storage systems. SAMS offers energy storage systems with the latest technology having up to 10C discharge rate, leading to usage of lesser number of cells, thereby reducing the risk of battery overheating and thus preventing bursts.

The life of the EV systems depends majorly on its BMS. Hence, SAMS provides intelligent BMS to support the battery and other EV components at various scenarios and ensures that the desired output from the system is delivered in terms of power and range.

Thermal Management Systems

SAMS Thermal Management system is capable of maintaining the energy storage device at the optimum operating temperature. It also signals a warning to the driver to change the mode of driving to maintain optimum temperature level of the energy storage system.

It has advanced cooling systems such as heat sink system with external cooler fans, liquid cooling systems and Peltier type cooler system.

Heat sink type cooling system extracts heat from individual cells and gets it out of the system at the heat sink using cooper foils.

Liquid cooling system has channeled plates along the packed cell storage system, where it actively removes the heat at larger rate and will be suitable for large load rating requirements.

Peltier type cooler system is more effective as it uses the cooling effect to drive down the heat from cells. Maintaining battery pack temperature is also easier.

The range of the EV depends largely on the vehicle and its NVH properties. SAMS allows you to overcome this issue by providing multiple NVH and light weighting solutions to increase the range by reducing the weight and enhancing the comfort by damping the NVH of the systems.

NVH Solutions

SAMS also offers technology solutions for NVH. Any mobility solution will have vibration and noise during its operation. We offer a wide range of sound dampening and deadening solutions. We have vibration damping pads for panels that have lesser stiffness and are more prone to vibration, resulting in noisier operation. It has formulated the Pressure sensitive adhesive which has visco-elastic effect to absorb the vibrations from the less stiff members.

SEMBOSS is a patented technology such as light weighting without compromising the stiffness of material used to reduce the weight of the member and also helps in restore the stiffness equal to higher thickness material.

Anti-vibration bushes and wire mesh washers are used on the mounting bolts to cut down the transfer of vibration from one member to another. It is used in areas such as motor mounts, steering mounts, battery mounts, etc.

Our advanced sealing solutions are capable of providing IP67 rated sealing system which protects the components from dust and moisture from external sources. Thus, safer operation is provided to the system.

A uniquely formulated rubber coated steel technology is used to manufacture the brake shims which are used in the brake shoe application, to reduce squeals in the pads that occur during the application of brake.

Fuel Cell

SAMS uses advanced and futuristic technology on energy conversion devices like Fuel cell, which have zero emission and are environment friendly transportation devices. It fulfils the energy demands by conversion of cleaner fuels like hydrogen into electricity for E-mobility applications. Moreover, the technology can be expanded to areas such as power generation systems for stationary applications like power backups, robotics, marine and other special purpose applications like aviation, drone technology and aerospace.
